Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your NutriPilot account and all of your personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open NutriPilot and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately, with final cleanup completed within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email sales@tinychef.ai from the email address on your account (or tell us the email you signed up with) with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and profile (name, email, age, sex, weight, goals);
- All food logs, including photos and voice recordings you submitted;
- Your daily gut check-ins;
- Your derived GutScore, NutriAge, and personalization data;
- Any wearable or connected-health data, if you had opted into that feature.
What we may retain
We may keep limited records only where required for legal, security, or accounting obligations, and aggregated, de-identified data that can no longer identify you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
This is permanent. Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you only want to stop notifications or emails, you can do that in your device settings or via the unsubscribe link in any email instead.
